Scope
The course provides refresher training and practical comprehensive guidance to Officers in Charge of Navigational Watch for the correct interpretation and competent application of Collision Regulations 1972, in line with the requirements of STCW 1978, as amended.
Objectives
Those successfully completing this course shall be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding and demonstrate skills in compliance with COLREG ’72.
Entry Standards
This Course is intended for Deck Officers and Prospective Deck Officers.
