Scope:
Understand the mandatory requirements governing the minimum hours of rest for seafarers and for the maintenance of records of hours of rest as per STCW-2010 Manila
Objectives:
Comprehension By All Seafarers On Board:-
- Keeping the regulation in mind, every seafarer must be able to complete and maintain their own record correctly
- Understand when rest hours requirements are not being complied with, and draw attention when there is a breach.
Endeavor shall be to enlarge the competency level gradually.
